Consumer dispute resolution
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025; the former obligation to link to it no longer exists.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG).

If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.
