Domain search

Enter a complete domain name and we will check it live at the registry. A word without an extension shows which extensions are still free.

Filters and sorting

No entry for this selection

There can be two reasons for this: the filters are set too narrowly, or the registry has not delivered any data for this period yet. Both cases can be checked in a few clicks.

  • Lower the minimum score or remove it entirely.
  • Widen the length limit by two or three characters.
  • Lift the restriction to dictionary words.
  • Choose a related extension – many names are still available there.

How to find something usable faster

Combine the search with a maximum length: names of up to ten characters are considerably easier to remember and to dictate. The "no digits" and "no hyphens" switches remove most of the automatically generated names from the result.

If you are looking for a domain with a history, also set a minimum number of backlinks and an early year in the Internet Archive. Together, both filter for names that actually carried a website at some point – and were not merely parked.
